  Have had no problems with this place. The other peoples reviews here are stupid. If you don't like the place then go somewhere else. I like that there is a place 5mins from my house. The next closest is like 15-20 mins away.

  My husband went in there yesterday to register my car and get plates for Washington since we had moved from Oregon. They told him he needed to show proof that when we bought the car we lived in Oregon. Um, we bought the car 8 years ago!! So he came home we got the proof and I went there today. The line was insane and I wasn't going to wait in line with a toddler for an hour. They have no seats in their lobby. I drove to the EZ licensing in Spanaway. There was no line and she said that she had never heard that you had to prove you lived in Oregon. I think this place has no idea what they are talking about.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Helped with a title transfer on a vehicle. Received new license in the mail within a day or two.

  I have NEVER successfully Transferred a title at this location, the manger is especially difficult, she seems to have difficulty remembering who she is working for if I go in there, I pay a fee, I expect her to make some judgment to my advantage, Today finally I said something, he response was to find an even more expensive way to calculate the Taxes due. If you only want to renew tags for grocery getter and U don't mind long lines, They can do that for you, for anything else, find another agent!
