  We have different neighbors bring our mail to us at least once a week. Today, a neighbor brought an envelope with very private sensitive information inside which they had opened. Seriously???? How hard is it to look at an address and put it in the right mailbox?????

  I had a great experience with the staff at this post office today, and I wish I would have taken down the names of the people that helped me. I had an important, time sensitive piece of mail that I had been waiting for, the staff went above and beyond to help me track it down quickly and get it to me just in time. Thank you!

  As I'm standing in line at the post office, with 10 people ahead of me, I'm listening/watching the postal worker interact with costumers. As I'm thinking of how helpful and sweet he is to everyone a lady in front of me turns to us and says "he's always so nice to everyone. It's so pleasant. He's always the sweetest" Other people chip in with the same experience. Then I got to not only observe but experience that same thing! So five stars to KIETH! Keep doing what your doing and being your sweet self!

  This PO has the friendliest staff I've met, and the line moves quickly. As far as post office visits go, this definitely stands out

  [UPDATE #2: Received a call from another female office employee (Carol), who was following up regarding a stolen mail inquiry I'd sent in via USPS' site. I continue to be impressed with this office, and the attention to detail they put in if one simply asks. USPS has a huge burden now w/Amazon taking over, so it's time to be a little more understanding when a couple out of 1000's of packages goes astray on any given day.] [UPDATE: The woman I originally spoke with regarding a shipping/delivery issue called me back within 15 minutes after taking my tracking info down, and explained about why my package couldn't be delivered; the address written was unclear. NOT USPS' FAULT. She offered to hand write my address on the package and send it with them to deliver it tomorrow. VERY courteous! Upgraded review to 5 stars.] I was shocked when I saw how poorly people have rated this branch. Many of the negative reviews dealt with issues that were either misunderstood or the ball was dropped on important details (aka, didn't read the fine print or do any actual footwork themselves). >>>Regarding mis-delivery or non-delivery, I would be curious to know how many packages were actually from Amazon, and had been handed over to the black hole that is Amazon Logistics. If USPS is assigned to deliver my amazon packages, I breathe a sigh of relief knowing they won't disappear into the ether.
